The Unposted Events of 2011

So I've been busy doing soul-searching during the last few months of the year, had been through a lot - met people who would like to take me down and met a lot of people that would be there on my ups and downs in my life. And before this year ends, I promised myself to blog on the 'unposted' things that happened this year.

My former colleague. The Valdivia & Cobacha wedding. This was my favorite shot - the father and daughter dance. I remembered Amanda Bynes' movie "What a Girl Wants" and how she wanted that dance. It's purely nostalgic and memorable for me. And the emotions in this shot was priceless.

My first Belle de Jour Fair with Janey. Saw these amazing colorful ladies' drinks aligned to entice whoever would pass by to their booth. Among all the colorful things and booths that I saw in that event, this was the featured shot. Tons of Tumblr users had liked and reblogged this shot of mine too!

Undas 2011. I was able to visit both of mine's and my hubby's side in cemeteries - the loved ones that we lost. I offered this candle not only for our family, but to those who had lost theirs as well.

During our Stalkerbugs outing, I loved this shot because it reminds me of Honey & Clover, and how they were searching that one rare four-leaf clover - binding them together as friends. I bonded with true friends that day. I won't be able to forget it. :)

It was rainy, but it didn't stopped me from being able to enjoy my favorite local bands and support OPM! From Parokya ni Edgar to Razorback, and salute to Wolfgang - the band that I was hoping to go back here and rock our hearts again!

My mom's birthday, and she never looks a day older. We went to the Lights & Sound Show in Ayala Triangle Gardens. I tried to do 'bokeh' shots. Well, I think I overdid it a bit, but I was so mesmerized by the tons of lights and their changing colors!

My blissful moments in Friendster. I love this family. I always go to the office early to spend time with our team, or have that breakfast sessions at Starbucks. They definitely welcomed me with open arms as I received tons of Christmas gifts already even if I was a newbie. :D

This Christmas was different for me... it was very special year, not only because of the smiles, laughter and gifts that we received. It was because my husband and I will be expecting a new member of our family - our very first baby.

And for this 2012, what I look forward is... to be a mom at last. Happy New Year everyone! ♥

  4. As I read your "unposted events in 2011" I couldn't understand myself on what I'm reading. I think I have to refresh myself on the very basic and rudiments of reading effectively. Anyway you've made your account alive by posting a relative picture onto it. And soon you'll be a mother. I love to hear that. Take care of yourself. It is like you're also absolutely taking care of your baby. Happy New Year!
